About
From the tools to the boardroom.
I started out as a civil and geotechnical engineer at Beca, then co-founded Equipt Ltd and built it into a challenger brand working with the best names in NZ construction. I've raised capital, run a 400-account sales operation, recruited and coached award-winning people, and made the hard calls through COVID to protect the business and the team.
I build relationships on trust and look for the win-win. I'm Auckland-based, BE (Hons) in Civil Engineering, and I currently chair the Auckland SME Business Sub-Committee at the Civil Contractors Association.
